1、 Service scope
These service terms apply to customers who purchase our Bitcoin mining machines. Our company will provide customers with the following after-sales services:
(1) Installation and debugging of mining machines: Our company will provide customers with installation and debugging services to ensure the normal operation of mining machines.
(2) Mining machine maintenance: During the warranty period, if the mining machine malfunctions due to non-human factors, our company will provide free maintenance services.
(3) Technical support: Provide technical support for customers during the use of mining machines, and answer any questions they encounter during use.
2、 Warranty period
(1) The warranty period for the mining machine is one year, calculated from the date the customer receives the mining machine.
(2) During the warranty period, if the malfunction is caused by non-human factors, our company will provide free repair services. If the malfunction is caused by human factors of the customer, our company will charge corresponding repair fees.
3、 After sales service process
(1) If customers encounter any problems during use, they can contact our customer service personnel at any time and we will provide a response as soon as possible.
(2) If the mining machine malfunctions, the customer needs to send it back to our company for repair. We will provide repair plans and quotations to customers based on specific circumstances.
(3) After the customer agrees to the repair plan, we will arrange maintenance personnel to carry out the repair. After the repair is completed, we will send the mining machine back to the customer's designated address.
4、 Precautions
(1) Customers should follow the instructions and precautions for using the mining machine. If the malfunction is caused by the customer's incorrect use of the mining machine, our company will not be liable for warranty.
(2) When customers return the mining machine for maintenance, they must ensure the integrity of the machine and are not allowed to disassemble or modify it without authorization. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for warranty.
